Twitch Prime Skin PS4

I cannot log into my EA account on my PS4 therefore I cannot receive my twitch prime skin.

Hi @EA_David,

My EA account is connected to my PSN profile, I've used this same account for Battlefield and FIFA so I know it's the correct and only EA account that I have.

I've linked this account with Twitch Prime and claimed the Loot.

When I go into APEX, the loot is not showing up.

Please can you advise what to do next, I have several friends in the same position.

    Can you all confirm the loot was claimed?

    Hey ApexLegends players: Once you've linked your EA and Twitch Prime accounts, make sure to click this Claim Loot button on Twitch. If you're in-game, restart it to get your stuff.
