    Hi, @therea3rnoNam35 !

Our Support team crafted up an article containing all the information you need on how to link/un-link accounts.

    Twitch Apex Legends FAQ

Regarding the loot being sent to another account, this is outlined in the FAQ above.

Question: I play Apex Legends on multiple platforms (PC, Xbox One, and PS4). Can I access my content on each platform?

Answer: No. Content will be available only on the first platform you log into with your linked EA account. Choose wisely!

  • Well my problem is i dont remember the EA account my PSN is linked to. Iev tried 2 different accounts and i couldnt find the account my psn is linked to. I thought it was the account im writing this message on right now but its not. Is there any way i can find this out? I have sent the loot to this account because i thought that my psn was linked to it. Turns out i was wrong. Is the loot gone for good?

if you go to help.ea.com and click sign in on the top bar you can use your ps4 credentials to sign in and figure out the EA account that is linked to your PSN. You can then maybe try linking your twitch prime to that account instead.

But is there a fix for linking your twitch prime to your current preferred EA account and then have that linked to your PSN instead of the other EA account? Nope.

(I am having the same issues right now and that's what multiple hours of tech support has told me)

  • I tried to use my ps4 profile credentials but it just says its not the correct information
