Two PSN accounts and apex merged wrong PSN account
I have two PSN accounts on my ea account and it did cross progression on my brother's account and now I see his stuff on my account for apex and can't access my skins or stats. Is there a fix for this. Or has my apex account been lost? It's treating our PSN accounts as one. We can't even be on apex at the same time and play together even though it's two different consoles and PSN accounts. Treating the two PSN accounts as if they are one account.
HI @TaySee10
Few things with your post,
First, We can pass this on to the team to see if any progress from the other PSN account might arrive at the main account. However, You should only have one Platform account tied to your EA account (Mentioned in the links below)
Second, If you wish to continue playing Apex (and have your own progression) you will most likely need to unlink the secondary PSN account and tie it to its own EA account, please note this will mean starting over on that account completely.
This is why we don't recommend multiple people and platforms using the same EA account, as mentioned in our Terms of Service and in our help article: Linking your platform accounts to your EA Account
Can I link multiple platform account IDs?
An EA Account can only have one of each platform account linked at a time. This means that you can’t link an EA Account to two PlayStation™Network IDs, for example. Instead, you’ll need to create a new EA Account to link an additional account.
If you try to link additional accounts, you’ll get a message that says Linked accounts found.
If you already have multiple platform accounts linked to an EA Account, they’ll stay linked, but you won’t be able to add more. We suggest choosing your preferred accounts when you link them together.
Thanks!
