Unable to complete charging
Hi, I got an issue that I just charged my accont by Steam however there is no any responses at charging page in game, I cannot complete my charging. Looking Forward to your reply.

Ah, I think I understand now! So you're not able to purchase Apex coins at all via Steam. Do you get an error message at all, or does nothing happen when you click on them?

Sorry for not getting back to you again sooner; could you check your Steam region settings to make sure that they're accurate to where you actually live? I know that if there's a mismatch there that it can cause issues when trying to purchase things like in-game currency.Hi,
I have checked my EA and Steam account and their region setting both are correct, so it doesn't work for me. By the way, I haven't met the same problem in other games at Steam.

This might seem drastic, but could you try a clean boot? Just in case there's a background program that's somehow interfering with Apex Legends?

It was also pointed out to me that it could somehow be a language settings issue. Can you try setting your Steam/Windows to EN to see if you can purchase coins then?
