Unable to connect ps4

I've been trying to play for a week now and i can't. If i want to join 1 game i have to wait like 30 min. Waiting and spaming "retry" option. And it only connects me for one game, after that i'm una...

I am having same issues and have tried all of the above. What else can I do?! SOS
