"Unable to connect to EA servers", No data centers

Question

Hey guys. I'm just absolutely losing my mind over this... I've never played Apex Legends in my life, but I downloaded it to play with some friends, but this has always been the problem.

I've tried seamingly every troubleshooting option available on the public internet, on Reddit, EA forums, recommended basic stuff from EA support agents, and I even CALLED my ISP to make sure they weren't blocking anything or interfering.

- multiple reinstalls of both the Origin and Steam version (I'm on Windows 10. Steam's has an infinite loading symbol, but Origin's actually stops and tells you it can't connect)

- opened ALL necessary ports and tried UPnP

- flushed cache

- changed DNS

- checked firewall / disabled firewall

- made sure all dependencies were installed and Easy Anticheat had no issues (disabled Process Hacker 2 as my default task manager just in-case)

- cleared the cache in Local and Appdata

- GPU drivers and Windows are up-to-date

- tried making a new EA account, same problem

- ....and much more...

I don't know what else to try... and every time I contact EA support, which is just a center in India, they just try to give some canned response and hope your restart your PC to end the chat session...

Hi&nbsp;@pajoco98&nbsp;Can you try the following steps if you haven't so far and then check if this continues?
&nbsp;

Run the&nbsp;System File Checker tool then Check for&nbsp;Windows&nbsp;and&nbsp;GPU&nbsp;updates&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Clean Boot&nbsp; your PC, then launch only your client then Apex
Disable Origin&nbsp;in-game&nbsp;overlay and any other running overlays&nbsp;
Check your internet equipment for any settings that handle network traffic that may be interfering

If you continue running into issues would it be possible to make a new local admin and see if it happens on that account as well?

Thanks for the suggestions.I've run the system file checker tool before, and did so again, and I've already made sure my GPU and Windows are up-to-date as of yesterday.Did the clean boot, and only launched Apex, but no luck.I've tried disabling Origin in-game, but no luck there either.I went over my router trying to figure out what could be causing issue, and tried a lot, and I restarted both my router and fiber box, just in-case, but nothing.I also tried making a new local admin, but there was no change. If you've got anything else to suggest, or hypothesize, please do.

Yeah @EA_Illium&nbsp;I've attached it to this message. I'm eager to hear what they might have to say.I just got full body tracking for VR, but I realize I can't use it because one of my controllers is being replaced, so I'm a little bummed today lol.

@pajoco98 Try changing servers. I have to do this often. I tried to post this to you earlier, but it was removed. It works for me. Try 5 or 6 in different regions if you keep getting failures.
