Unable to connect to EA Servers on Apex Legends

I load up Apex on my account (Xbox) and I Press (A) to continue and it loads but then gives me the following message, "Unable to connect to EA Servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure Origin is online and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information." It keeps doing this no matter how many times I Retry, I have done numerous things to try getting this fixed and here's a list, Restarted console/game multiple times, Hard Reset my console twice, switched connections to three different WiFis, switched to a wired connection, tested NAT type, Multiplayer Connection, and Network Connection and all read as perfectly fine, I've checked origin and Ea to make sure my account was linked which it was, I've raged (which usually seems to work), I've Reset my router 2 different ways, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've made sure I can connect online to other games and I can, I've logged into other accounts on my Xbox and it CONNECTS, but not for my main account, Please somebody help I'm dangerously desperate and I need to grind the event, I'm planning on buying the Lifeline skin on the 20th for the event and don't want to miss out on it, I can provide pictures of anything you guys need, Thank You!

Juse spoke to an EA hep centre rep about this. Apparently an issue that had been live for over 8 hours is still an "emerging" issue. My bet is they have no idea either or are not working on it untill tomorrow as it's Sunday. 😤

  • Ok, Very Good News! So one thing I thought of as a last resort was simply wait, Hard reset your xbox (hold power button until it turns off), and then I unplugged the power from my xbox, took the plug out of the outlet, disconnected the cable to the power brick and just waited, I sat around watching TV for hours and I came back to plug it back in and it's all good now, obviously none of you have to wait hours, reasonably i would say 1-2 hour wait time, then come back, I wish all of you good luck for a fix on your end just as well as I had mine.
