Unable to connect to EA servers ps4

To APEX Legends technical team Hello, can please anyone help me with this issue I know most of you have and I loocking for an answer but i didn't find anything solid.

Please see the pic first. And If i managed to loged in into the game and hit the ready it my friends angers the game and am stuck in lobby The things that I have done is ( restart the router / restarting the PS4 / disconnecting the ps4 internet and connect again / changing the ping and choose the lowest or any other ping near it ) all of these and still no luck please is there any solution??? I am playing this game now for months and I hate to delete the game once for all because of this connection issues.
