Unable to connect to EA servers Xbox Series S

Hello! I was playing just fine yesterday and all of a sudden after I logged off for a few minutes, I can’t get past the first screen. I press A and I get a “RETRIEVING MATCHMAKING LIST…” message and ...

What system are you playing on and is a wired or wireless connection being used? Also, what steps have you tried so far?

    Hi,

    I am trying to load into madden and before I can login a “Unable to verify account” message pops up and says I can’t connect to the EA servers. I recently got a new Xbox. Could that be why? How do I fix it?

    I am having the same  issues for few days now on PS5 and my internet speed 420 Mbps 

    all other games are working just fine only apex have this problem 

    when I restart the router it work for one game then its start happening again
