I've tried these steps and still having no joy. Everything is linked but it's not connecting at all

Community ManagerWhat exactly is happening? Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection?
Wireless connection.. xbox s series. As I try to connect to go online on fifa it says cannot connect to servers please go to ea.com/unable-to-connect.
I've tried everything. My Microsoft is all OK and my xbox pass is all linked to the xbox correctly aswell.

As a test, can you switch your connection to a mobile hotspot and see if that will let you connect?
