Unable to connect to EA servers
I have tried all trouble shooting. I can play other games online so it’s not my internet.

It's has to be an issue with the accounts. I can login an alternate account (same Xbox) and it works fine. This is not a network issue. I'm guessing they just soft banned half their player base. I guess I should have bought more apex packs huh. Ffs..
Have anyone able to connect yet? I got problem connecting with my main profile but able to connect on another profile,, what's happening?
No it still saying unable to connect I’ve tried everything, it’s definitely something EA need to fix. I’ve opened ports on my router, hard reset, cleared the cash, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still no joy
Same problem tried all the obvious things have we all just randomly been banned?

Exactly it's going on 4 hours now!
Funny enough i tried everything but when i sign into another profile it puts me right into the game, did we get some sort of soft ban?
- @hcj1996 I’ve also been trying to troubleshoot this all morning. I thought it was me but apparently a lot of people are having the same issue.
- @itsnotluck1256 If I was banned I’d be mad I didn’t do anything.
It's not ban dw. Spoke to EA earlier and their rep said they are aware of an ongoing issue today and they are working on fixing it ASAP. He said to keep an eye on their twitter for info.
