Still no statements ....smh
Only statement was "we're working on it" the problem is they should have some kind of notification saying "problem is with EA server" when you try to connect. Not a general notification. People are wasting time contacting the ISP,c if they are banned, renewing subscriptions etc. For no reason.
Having the same issue. Had a solid 2hrs set aside while the kid takes a nap and now that’s just about gone! 😂 this is obnoxious.
So freaking obnoxious. How do all these accounts get randomly deactivated/banned during a double xp weekend with an event? Of course this terrible company doesn’t have any support during one of their most important weekends since launch.

Also, can't seem to track my apex stats on apex.tracker.gg. Slightly concerned that this means my apex records are totally gone. Just says "error loading your profile".

If they don’t get this resolved soon, I’m going to be pretty upset. Missing out of valuable time, my only day off, and I just spent money on the battle pass. If all of this gets wasted I’m going to go freaking mad.
I have the whole day to play and i dont have any time during the week. My friends can play, my son can play on his xbox and on mine but i cant. ive been trying to fix this going on 3 hrs now. ☹️
Well, I'm glad to know that it's not just me going insane over this.
- @hcj1996 Same, tried everything from hard restarts to changing my DNS and same message every time. It's likely linked to my account, others are playing just fine on my network.
