Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I wanted to connect to the match or go to the lobby but I can't it said rimed out or unable to connect to server
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Before going to lobby or in lobby

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Nothing it don't go in the game

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Its about the servers every body in iran can't connect to the game in ps4 In iran every body like that to play but they can't
What should be happening instead? Its shoild be better to use the game we can not even connect

Hi,when o try to connect  to apex legends it tells me "Data Center : downloading ... 0 "when i say retry it tells me that it is retrieving matchmaking list and the does nothing please help me

So now it being a month I'm having trouble to connect to EA servers on apex legends just when I open my game it showing me (unable to connect to EA servers. See ea.com/ unable to connect for more information)that it I cant completely can't play apex legends and first I think it my internet connection but I'm playing also fortnight and other online games but they working 100%with my network so I don't know how to fix this problem and now days I completely can't play apex legends EA have to fix this bug because I invented my money on this game like 3to4 times this bug must be fixed I'm waiting for EA response 

Over the last 3 days apex legends server has been disconnecting even when I’m already in the middle of the game. My internet is fine is it something wrong with the server or my internet?
It will freeze at random times, mid game, very beginning of game or even when me and my squad are already falling and it always shows this window once it disconnects me v

I haven’t been able to play for 3 days of apex legends because right when I jump and land with my squad the server disconnects. Barely a minute or two into the match. Losing ranked points and getting banned for it. What’s wrong ?

Struggling to connect over a month? Let's get that fixed. Which platform do you play and what type of troubleshooting have you done from your end in attempt to fix it? Do you play on a WiFi or wired connection?
