Every time you log in to the game, there is no way to start playing, all servers are displayed unavailable with a packet loss of 100% 
I have already tried and done everything that is recommended in the topic article on the support site - what to do? Nothing helped

(at the same time, everything works in the EA launcher - I'm online and everything is OK with the Internet)
