Unable to gift friends rotating Breakout gifts
I'm creating my own post because I have followed all the steps listed by EA employees here on the forums and on the EA support page https://help.ea.com/en/help-top-issues/?product=apex-legends.

I am unable to find anywhere to create a ticket, so I don't know if it's simply not possible to submit a support ticket for the issue I am having.
I am playing on PC through Steam, and have linked my Steam and EA accounts.
My EA account is Chascakes, and my Steam account is chas
Myself and the friends I am trying to gift both have EA 2FA enabled, and I have been friends with them on Steam and Apex for more than 2 weeks. Our accounts are in good standing and hit all the other basic requirements.
I did add some random folks and plan on gifting them, but I need to wait 2 weeks and I also don't even know if that will work given I'm fairly certain I meet all the requirements. Would love some support here. Thank you.
