Hello, I recently went through very similar interaction. My account was stolen via playstation and it took me months to get it back. When I did it had been banned via EA and playstation. I was able to get both bans removed but now whenever I try to que into any game, I see 1 player in que and I cannot get into a game. This issue Has been ongoing since 2024 with countless agents telling me to repeat the common troubleshooting steps regarding connection to no avail.
