Unable to Launch Apex ("appliacation encountered unrecoverable error") All Fixes

It's now been more than two weeks since I cant launch Apex (Steam & Origin), I've attempted many fixes to resolve the "This Application Has Uncounted an Unrecoverable Error". I've been told Respawn is working on it, however it is not in their Trello update patches to come. If anyone has any new fixes or hasn't tried the one's below I've attempted (and works for them) I'd love to hear.

In case anyone else wants to add to the discussion here is what I've also tried:

- Deleting "dump_" files in sys32 drivers.
- Moving sys32 drivers to a new folder, pressing 'continue' for ones unable to move.
- Using Autoruns to find any unverified drivers and removing them
- Upgrading and downgrading graphic drivers
- Upgrading/downgrading display adapter drivers in device manger
- Running 'DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth' and 'sfc /scannow' in CMD as admin
- Running EAC and Apex as Admin, disabling fullscreen opt, DPI settings
- Scanning and upgrading drivers with IObit
- Re-downloading EAC from their site
- Downloading Apex on Origin after clearing cashe and reinstalling it.
- Using Valorant Vanguard anticheat to locate any conflicting drivers
- Reinstalling Windows 10 (Keeping Apps and files)
- Capping fps in steam launch options, as well as multiple verify file attempts.
- Reinstalling DirectX and Visual studio 2010 x64 & x86
- Running DxDiag showing nothing wrong
- Removing all traces of any cracked programs

- Adding exception for EAC and Apex in firewall and Malware Anti-bytes
