Unable to log in - Code pin error

The only thing that worked for me was using another account.

This is definitely something with the account itself. I just wish EA/Respawn would acknowledge this problem. Many players cannot connect on their main accounts for reasons unknown to us.

Just to clarify, if you leave the game on this loading screen rather than quitting or ending the task, is everyone eventually seeing this code: pin error?

That should go away after receiving it the first time, but we are seeing it take a few tries for some. Are you able to leave the loading screen up until the error appears to give that a try?

  This happens every time I try to hop on apex, it is so consistent and happens 100% of the time.
  - Start Apex
  - Long loading screen
  - Code pin error
  - Retry
  - Successfully loads you into pubs lobby
  - Getting into ranked / arenas boots you into menu with code:net error as it freezes for a few minutes
  - Retry
  - Long loading screen

    You're not the only one
    I get stuck in a black screen with a red logo at the bottom for a few minutes
    after awhile it takes you back to the main lobby screen (where you click continue to get into the game)
    The second time it takes u into the lobby but when u switch to a different game mode it lags like crazy and
    eventually crashes the computer. I managed to get into a game (takes forever to get into a game) but in the middle
    of the game, it kicks me out
    sad I won't be able to play the new update for awhile, it was fine before the update though.

  @EA_MakoThe error keeps popping up, it makes you stay in a black loading screen for quite some time. I did try leaving the game and going back into the game but the error keeps popping up. As for me, the second time i get back into the game, it lets me in. However, in the middle of a game, it kicks me out with the same connection issue [ code : pin ]
  When I change game mode, it lags tremendously too which eventually crashes the game. I'm not sure if the changing game mode lag is just me since I didn't see anyone stating the issue.

  The issue is still there after several retries. Also I've just waited 5 min in the loading screen but I left because it was too long.

    I think i've just found out a fix. You have to get in the game, click "Continue" and when you're in the black screen with the Apex logo, disconnect from internet. It will take some time but you'll get disconnect from code:net instead of code : pin. Once you get code:net, reconnect internet, click Continue again to get in the lobby. Now when you switch to Ranked, the game will freeze and you'll do the exact thing you did again, disconnect and reconnect, do the same with Arenas. Once you do this, exit the game and restart. I did this and the error was gone! If you still freeze in Rankeds or Arenas, don't disconnect and wait for the code:net error, then restart.
