Unable to move interm. in game on Apex

Hey there, looking for some assistance or guidance here. In any game mode there are several instances where I am unable to run or sometimes move at all. I have tried uninstall and reinstall. I have checked my keyboard/mouse as well as controller. The inputs are working fine as there are no issues in the firing range and all buttons respond properly in the main menu or while queuing. The moment I get into games though, sometimes there are 0 issues and other times I can not move. Any suggestions or advice? Anyone else experience this?
