Unable to Use Voice Chat
Please help me. I can't hear the people in the game, and they can't hear me either. Fix my problem, please.

Miiraaclle A few questions for you:
- Do you have the game chat enabled both in-game and through the platform you are playing on?
- Do you have any active communication restrictions, (aka chat bans), that would prevent you from communicating in-game?, (If you do, you would need to contact the platform that had placed the restriction on your account as appealing the restriction cannot be handled on the forums).
- Do you have any active parental control or platform account setting(s) that would block communications with other players?, (If you do, you would need to either update the parental controls, have your parents, (if applicable), update the parental controls, and/or update your platform account's settings to allow for communication with other players).
- Is your mic working and/or properly connected to your platform/controller?
