Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap BSOD Apex

Apex Legends - EA Version

Shortly after launching the game, roughly 5 minutes pass, and my PC BSOD...everytime it's the same error Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap. I have looked all over and can't find much on resolving it, just read its the EAC over and over. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled, repaired the game, verified all drivers are up to date, up to date on all windows updates, ran multiple system checks in command prompt and still nothing. I excluded all Apex and EAC folders from the virus and firewall just in case. Nothing has resolved this issue. It's only Apex. I can play any other game. What do I do?

I have attached my DxDiag file...

    @iEatMaziee

    Bluescreen issues are outside of the scope of support we provide here as they generally indicate an issue outside of our games.

    Some general troubleshooting steps:

    1. Make sure all available Windows Updates and hardware driver updates are installed
    2. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
    3. Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

    Thanks.

  • @EA_BarryI have completed all steps you have listed, before your reply, and even after. Still no resolution. I initially contacted Microsoft, assuming it was an issue on their end and they ran me through many diagnostics. My minidump files show it's the EasyAntiCheat. I never had an issue before, until this new EasyAntiCheat_EOS. I used to be able to go into EAC and repair the game, but the new one I can't even launch it. I have downloaded the game on Steam and the EA App, and still BSOD. No other game I have, even games with EasyAntiCheat (Fortnite) do this. I have read other post with the same issue.

    I can upload my minidump files if you'd like.

  • i am having the same issue as well, i’ve done all listed resolutions and still nothing. i just want to play the game. people tell me it’s my pc, but it’s literally on apex. idk what to do. someone please help!!!

    As a troubleshooting step, try disabling, or even better, temporarily uninstalling your antivirus and then boot the game. I recently had an issue with UltraAV (crap AV, I do not recommend) causing this exact BSOD. After removing it, the BSODs went away. I now use Bitdefender and have no issues.
