Unjust Apex Legends Ban and EA’s Unfair Treatment

Hello everyone. On January 17, when I turned on my computer, I noticed that other people were playing games on my Steam accounts. I immediately checked all my devices and realized something shocking: I only play Steam games, and there is not a single third party or personal program on my system.

This clearly shows that my Steam account was accessed due to an issue that did not originate from me, and my games were played by others. Even with clear evidence, bans on major platforms like PUBG and Rockstar were reviewed, accepted, and my access was restored with additional security measures.

However, the same cannot be said for Apex Legends. EA has a very poor sense of justice. If your account gets compromised, there is apparently no forgiveness. This is simply unreasonable. No one should be punished or permanently banned because of someone else’s actions. I will share the evidence below.

Please stop supporting companies that treat their customers this way. As far as I am concerned, EA is finished for me.
