i claimed twitch prime bonus to a wrong EA account.

as stated in https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/link-your-ea-account-to-prime-gaming/?isIhi=true#link-prime-gaming-account, Section

UNLINKING YOUR ACCOUNTS - Unlink your Prime Gaming and EA Account

i navigated to the unlink tool

clicking "GO" and seeing Sorry, that page doesn't exist!

what should i do?
