Unlink prime gaming account from an account I no longer have access to.
Hi, I wanted to unlink my prime gaming account that is associated with another account, but I no longer have her login and I lost her access.
I would like to know if there is any link to receive to associate my current one? the email of the prime I want to link is the same as the email of this current Eletronic Arts games account.

Now that I have the Battlefield 2042, the account is also linked to that account, then I would like to redeem the items in my current account for this topic.

If you no longer have access to the account with that one linked, you would need to reach out to support directly.
They'll need to verify some information about that account with you before any changes can be made, so it's not something that can be done via the forums I'm afraid.
