Unlink Steam from old EA account

Question

Hello, I need help unlinking my Steam account (TTripod) from my old EA account of the same name.
That EA account's email was stolen last year and all I could do about it was have Microsoft permanently suspend that email, effectively locking me out of all the accounts that were affiliated to that email.

I'd like to know if there's a possibility of somehow unlink my Steam account from that email that is now inaccessible, and relink it to my new EA account which is this one.
If anyone can help with this with some info or links, I'd really appreciate it.

I don't know why this reply was automatically selected as "accepted" but it doesn't work.
I've already tried multiple times to contact "live support" but all I get is bots who send the same 3 paragraphs without reading what the issue is.
