Hi, I just unlinked and relinked my account to my primary account and now i cant even look at my items on the PS5. I didnt want to lose everything i just wanted my heirlooms.. can i get help?
Unfortunately, you'll need to wait for 6 months to pass before linking accounts again in that case. These warnings are detailed in the article about linking/unlinking accounts. In the future, make sure you give it a good read before unlinking an account.
Community ManagerThat's not from a script. It's what you need to do to get an account updated. Again, you don't need to have access to the account. You need to pass account ownership verification so the account can be updated with your current email.
Not only I can prove that you are saying the same lines over and over I can also Recite it do to the number of times you guys saying for everything without considering the person your " supposed" to help. And that's what you have to say? Just keep buying games so that we can't use them. What am i supposed to do now with a game i cant play online and cant return ? Best customer service -10/10.
