If your account appears disabled, it could mean that it has been disabled for inactivity. Please try to use the last email address registered on that account to reset your password.
Test all your emails and see if you can log in. LINK

To reach them:
On the EA Help homepage, type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
Select See all help topics.
Select the Manage my account category.
Select I need help logging into my EA Account.
Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear.
Those should help you get contact options.

Thanks for the reply, is there a number I can call in aus or a live chat or something? I’ve launched 3 cases other the last 4 days and got no responses. Thanks
