Unstable FPS or monitor frequency, can't stream
Hi, I have a problem with unstable FPS and frequency in Apex Legends.
When I start the game, first few minutes my FPS and monitor frequency is jumping (its unstable) from 138+- to 299 (or if capped, to 144), after couple of minutes it stopped to 299 or (144 if i capped FPS). I see the game (image) tears as if gsync or vsync or something didnt work. After a few minutes it stops and the game runs smoothly and FPS and monitor frequency is stable.
I was trying to:
1. Reinstall Windows.
2. Reinstall many times NVIDIA driver - (DDU too).
3. Steam/Origin reparing the game many times.
4. Uninstall the game and Install the game again.
5. Defragmented and cleaned the hard drive.
6. Changed so many times ingame Video settinngs + Nvidia Control Panel settings (1000 times), I tried to increase/decrease FPS and monitor frequency.
7. Used MSI afterburner to slighty increase performance if it helps (it wont).
8. I have tried all possible tests to see if my hardware is OK (including physical tests, switching GPU place to another SLOT, switching cables to another slots, visual inspection)
9. And many other things..
10. I want to let you know that my PC/game worked without problems before.

I appreciate every help, I've been working on fixing the problem(s) for 3 days now and unsuccessfully.
