Untrusted file

Hello, the game won't start because of a file from my vpn software. I already killed the task. It's not running or anything, but I still can't get into the game. I mean it's just a vpn. This forum doesn't allow me to attach the file. I'll put the link down. Can you add it to trusted list. It's annoying that I have to restart every time I want to play the game.
