Make sure your Windows 10 is the latest, at least after version win10 1709

My windows version is 1803 and i also scan my all files from command prompt.but still it is not working.

If you have the 1809 ISO image, I suggest you to get an upgrade, all the windows files will be replaced, I got a successful case here the upgrade get the problem solved.
