Could you give us a bit more information about what is happening? I mean, are you constantly getting disconnected or are you having any issues with random crashes to the desktop?
The UOTrace that you provided only had 4 packets send and received, in order to do a "proper" test you'd have to send at least 100 packets. Please send this information to an EA Help Advisor so that they can investigate this for you as posting UOTraces on the forums is not a good idea due to it containing personal information.

I got problem here "Connection to server timed out. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for addition information" every 3 games. I mean, I could play till 20 minutes in the server, after that in the next game, the game crashing and i got message like that. I think my connection is good. Please help me Jason. I wanna play apex.
