Update on lost items?

Hello! I have been in contact with the support-team four times regarding my lost items in the merge. I haven´t received any feedback. Can someone on the Community-team DM me regarding this? This...

* Plattforms: PS5, Xbox, Pc (Steam) and Nintendo Switch. Only PS5 stats and Items were merged.

* Ea Id: Heijer91

* Missing: Champions Edition-content, 60 Unopened Apex Packs (That were puchased on Xbox, Switch and Pc before the merge and deleted after it), Apex-Coins from Xbox (I have a screenshoot if you want in DM), Crafting Material from other Plattforms.

* Platforms only linked to a single EA-acoount

* No Platform starts after Oct 26th
