Very Low FPS EGpu

Hello everyone,

So my issue is currently I'm running an Radeon 5700 Xt as an Egpu along with an i7-1165G7 in my laptop. When dropping out of ship I avg around 20-30 fps but in buildings or facing a wall I get the 140 I need. I'm running the game on an external monitor and have set apex to high performance in settings. I know for a fact that hardware isn't an issue because I've checked components, done stress tests and any other sort of test to ensure components are fine. Also Apex is running on the gpu because I can see it's usage in task manager. I've disabled background recording, done a clean install, done a clean reset, and even saw if restarting my account would've done anything, but no solution has come up yet. 

Anyone have anything else I could try?
