Very low fps with very good PC.

GTX 1060, 16GB RAM, I5-6600. Clearly MUCH BETTER than optimal requirements, but I can't fight anyone without FPS dropping below 60 fps. I tried everything and I conclude that it is a problem with the...

Did u fix that? i'm having the same issue. And i'm almost sure that i could play the game at High settings at 60fps perfectly two weeks ago.
