Visual glitch at crafting stations

I do have visual glitches when i approach crafting stations that were spawned throughout the game.

the initial ones do not glitch whatsoever.

here are some screenshots.

i literally can not fight if the crafting station is within my view.

i tried several graphics settings and resolutions: nothing fixes this.

what can i do about it?

i do play on a low range spec. GTX 1070, 16gb ram, i7 2600, no oc

@Triumphkutter i've not seen this before.. have you tried repairing the game?

after you did that can u try and disable nvidia shader cache (will absolutely hurt cpu usage) but this way the shaders are compiled in realtime instead of being drawn of the hard drive and into ram

repairing the game files seems to have done it.
even though i did that before i posted here also. so maybe i will have to test further
