Voice Chat Not Working In Lobby PS4

I'm using an A10 on PS4. Voice chat works in Game, but not in Lobby. I've tried restarting App and the PS4 itself. I've reset all the settings back to default and still nothing. I'm not sure what step to take from here. I also tried other games to see if it was my headset, but it worked fine. So it's Definitely APEX itself. Any suggestions?
