Voidwalker skin missing

I am having an issue with purchasing the Voidwalker bundle on Xbox. My balance of apex coins has not changed since the purchase, and the items from the bundle are not popping up in my inventory. I have prompts that there is something for wraith, but nothing "new" is appearing. Help

Hey @TelestoBixbee.

There are a couple things we can try that might help with this.

First, I'd try switching to a different datacenter to see if the skin comes through after that. I've seen a couple reports of that helping. If it's still not there afterward try going into the firing range and spend a few minutes in there. Back out to the lobby again and see if the skin is there after that.

Hey Kent, I just tried the solutions and it finally took, really appreciate it! Here is a little feedback for them both. Personally, the switching of data centers did not work, the issue was still there, so I switched back to my original data center. The second solution (going into the firing range) worked immediately, I went right back to the store and was able to get the bundle! I really appreciate your response. Hope you have a great day!

What should be happening instead? I should be receiving the items from the bundle
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, it doesn't seem that any one else online is having this issue

When I try to buy the skin bundles from the summer plunder sale I get a server error. Even weirder after attempting to buy the bundle I have the red ping thing that usually shows that I have a new skin unlocked but no new skin is there, this applies for all the guns (P2020, RE-45, Prowler) and all the legends (Loba, Wraith, Bangalore, Lifeline) who all have skins that I attempted to buy. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?
