So I live in Belgium and here I can’t buy apex packs so I bought a Norton vpn to get my location to the Netherlands but now when I try to log in on apex the game says that I have no internet connection while I do.
someone know solution?

I am having the same issue I downloaded VPN to help with ping since i need to play on a different country's server to find a ranked game, and it crashes my game every game and when i go to log back in it says This profile is not permitted to play online. and no i have not been banned as i turn it off and game works fine but with 100 extra ping.
