Apex Game Freezing

For some reason, whenever I open Apex, it freezes after like 2 to 3 minutes. It is pretty consistent. I would enter the practice range, and after around 2 minutes, it freezes. I cannot press any button, and all I can do is hold the power button on my laptop and restart it. Can I get some help plssss?
