Waiting time in days in Apex Legends PS5

I have been facing a really long waiting time since I download Apex on my PS5. Initially the waiting time was for 7 days, now still after 8th day, waiting time is 45 minutes. What the actual hell!

    Thank you for answering. It's not happening anymore. Turns out that 1 hr wait time is just a bug, it actually not taking much time. I got this answer on reddit that you just need to randomly browse around various tabs within the game like challenges, legends, etc. which then leads to the game starting to matchmake automatically. Would be great if you can fix this bug.

    @Augborn16 Are you talking about the estimated time to get into a match, or do you have a message show you are not allowed to play?

    @Augborn16 Apologies for the delay in communication, to confirm is this still happening if so does it show a small number of people in the queue, or can you share a screenshot.
