Wattson Heirloom Unlocked yet unusable

Hello, I spent money to unlock all the packs in the Raiders event to unlock Wattson's heirloom but I can't seem to use the heirloom itself. The other items in the heirloom set like the banner pose...

Hi @AngryAndy87DJ, sorry to read that you are having some difficulties with the new Heirloom!

Quick question, just to be sure I have the full picture: did you already head over to the Wattson' Skin tab and click on the checkbox on the right side of the character preview to equip the Heirloom?

@EA_Rigel Thank you. That has sorted it. I apologise for the inconvenience, as all the other heirlooms I've unlocked I've never needed to equip before, so I didn't even know there was an option to do that.
