Wattson Skin refund

I bought the elctric blue skin and I didn't get my 1,000 coins need help

During our most recent playapex collection event there was a bug with Wattson's Electric Blue skin that caused her textures to go missing.

We've since shipped the fix and fully refunded anyone who bought the skin before the fix went live. Refunded players keep the fixed skin.

I saw the tweet regarding the skin and I bought the skin with crafting metals on the first day of the event. I've tried talking in a live chat with an EA customer support person but they didn't even seem like they were understanding my problem. I'm just going to leave this here as my last call for help.
