Recently i have activated a twitch prime reward but sadly did not received Wattson hero.
Is there any way that it can be added ?
Maybe there was some kind of a bug.

@Sacrarium @Q8Motto can you check your rare-tier skins? There has been some confusion about the skin as it's not classed as Legendary or Epic.
I dont have the pathfinder twitch prime skin anymore after season 2 update...

I just looked trough my skins and they are nowhere.
I still got my Omega skin to Pathfinder though.
@EA_David Oh, it was my bad i found them in the rare section just like u said.
I was so sure that when you recieve a new weapon skin or legend skin u get that yellow marker that tells you that u got new skins.
And when i scrolled trough the rare skins the first time i was looking for some symbol beside the name of the skins since its a special one.
But nevertheless i found them and thank you.
I claimed the the skin back when in came out and had used it in games. I started up my game today and I do not have it anymore. Please Help!
so after a few months of not playing apex I come back on to find im missing all my twitch prime skins and skins I obtained from the crates from those rewards. loosing two notable skins, a legendary flatline skin, and the heirloom set for wraith. aswell I lost all content from the founders edition. anyone having a similar issue?
I lost my skin on pathfinder acquire by twitch prime legal way, i play a lot of hour with it , I love that skin 😢
