Weird Connection Issue

Needing help to connect to  EA server, get to start screen then says it can't connect. Any help much appreciated

I cant go into the lobby,no data centre showing , keeps on saying retrieving matchmaking list please help ???

Please Help!

I have been trying to log into Apex Legends (season 3) for two days. It was working perfectly before.

When trying to connect, it says “retrieving matchmaking list” and then proceeds to say “unable to connect to EA servers”.

I have contacted EA support and they provided me with a troubleshooting list. I have done the things on the list but nothing has changed. This includes:

Deleting and re-downloading the game
Rebooting the PS4 (many times)
Rebooting my router (many times)
Starting PS4 in safe mode and rebuilt databases
Update my PS4 system software
Restored all licenses
Deleted saved data files
Tested internet connection (many times)

Also, if I try to change server location on the start screen, a blank black box without a list of servers is seen.

I am on PS4 and I use a wifi connection. I live in South Africa.

I would appreciate any help!

It’s not your problem, it’s theirs. It’s happening to me as well. I played this afternoon and now that’s happening (it’s night). That happened to me last night too. It’s absolutely their problem because I didn’t do anything to the game and today was working.
