Packet loss

Wsp everyone I've been playing for a while now and for about 4-5 months I've had packet loss on my own server (east). last season I played in central and it calmed down but recently it has been worse than ever. My wifi isn't the problem, I've checked multiple times and I've also tried ethernet and nothing has changed. I'll be able to play maybe 2-3 games without nothing happening and then it'll go back to the packet loss. Im in D2 and don't even wanna play since it'll happen out of no where. Im on playstation, anything I can do???
