We've noticed your computer is currently offline
Hey all,
I keep getting a issue here that when I try to load up Apex it keeps telling me "We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA account, you'll need to connect to the internet." Clearly connected to the internet(hard wired in). This is a brand new pc btw.
Things I have tried so far.
- Disabled Firewall.
- Disabled antivirus Software(Even uninstalled it)
- Went offline and online on the EA Application
- Closed Origin, connected to a VPN, open and launched Apex. Still did not work.
- Ran Cmd in admin and did "netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie"
- Made sure Time and Date were correct.
- Reset Internet Explorer Settings
- Clear Origin Cache Data (Even reinstalled)
- Reset the Windows Host File.
- Reboot my computer.
- Reboot my network
- I opened the ports required on my router. Got the ports from https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/
- Reinstalled game because idk what else to try anymore.
Any other input guys?
- @EA_Kent Found out what my issue was. I was part of the Windows update insiders. I removed myself and rolled back my update to stable version and apex started working again.
