    @EA_Kent Found out what my issue was. I was part of the Windows update insiders. I removed myself and rolled back my update to stable version and apex started working again.

i' also in the fast ring of the windows insider program.  I've since rolled back to an earlier(19587.rs) version but it still doesn't work.

@scaredandprofane I rolled back from new windows insider update. That actually worked for me. I am able to play again.
