What is Error Code:Cloud

Hi guys since release of season 6 i have been facing this Code:Cloud error nearly everytime i try to queue for a game how do i fix it?

I am also having this issue non stop for the past 3 days, just happened again and I got all three error codes first net then leaf and then cloud, been getting abandoned game penalty not being able to play plus a -72 rp this is absolute garbage I'm about to hang it up I'll go back to cod, got all the heirlooms except Gibby and rev but I think until all this is fixed I'm done with paying for anything, fox the game
