What is going on? Reset password

This is about the 8th time I have had this happen to me and its normally after I crash out a few times with the playstation error code CE-34878-0. My playstation has all the updates and the game is up to data but this is taking the mickey now 8th time come on get it sorted out someone must know what is going on. I have no clue also it did this.right after the game crash so how can it say its not seen me for a while when I was just in a match for <> sake.

    @eurofighter008 Getting the same thing! Only thing is i cant access that email anymore so ive lost all of my apex stuff! Lol hundred of dollars! Seeing if i can contact ea to update the email lol wish me lick!

    Hey folks,

    These repeat password reset prompts can also be a sign that someone else is attempting to gain access to the account.

    I'd definitely be sure to go through these security steps to help prevent that from happening, both for your EA Account and any attached platforms like a PSN account.

    After those steps I'd also reach out to support directly so they can help make sure no one else has access to the account itself.
