Looks like there are lots of bans happened for the words not even being a swear - just having negative colorment, mine is not the first and will not be the last. I don't care much about my Apex Legends progress - it's been a funny 2 years and all for free. Nothing can stop me from creating account and starting from clean slate.
BUT: there are two things, i'd like to shout about:
1. I can not manage my account while it permabanned. I can not unlink my Steam account. I can not even choose another support request category, but "suspended account", and that possibly leads to the next stage of problem: I politely(actually always doing it that way) addressed the support team unlink request with "suspended acc" mark and only recieved an automatic answer, absolutely not related to my request. It means, that i'm permanently blocked in each EA multiplayer game i bought from steam, in the past or in the future. So that silly ban just reduced EA potential buyers number, but didn't forbid me to play free games(where the hypotetical rule violation happened) via fresh accounts. That's even sounds rediculous, don't you think? Hello @EA_Darko I require help with that. I understand that forum staff can not manage Origin accounts, but i believe you can reach out to the support team with my request. My banned EA ID is same to the forum name. I read the message i'm replying to and would like to remind - i can not reach live chat support in the "manage account" section since my acc is banned, and can not use any support topic but the "suspended account" which gives me bot answer.
2. The report system. There are lot of toxic players, and a lot of players ready to be offended by any word. Aren't chat filter supposed to protect them? What is worse - the staff completely taking their side while inspecting the reports. What is worst - the staff doesn't give a smelly biomass about the conversation context, game context and any metaphorical meanings of words. "The first who reports wins"... I won't be surprised if there will be report categories for tbagging and finisher spamming(never did this, but still).
